I will let you know next service. We had a bit of a row. Service manager was involved bc quite frankly, Chase felt the situation cou3be better handled with manager. In the future, Chase should be able to answer customer questions on maintenance dashboard message and "wording". Ours said "oil change maintenance" @ 15,000. Tire alignment and only visual caliper. ("Penske truck accident" damage). And finally, color of oil per service manager. Ours was dark @ 16,500. Addressing guest concerns and train to defer to your superior when you can't answer questions. We all want to get an agreement and be "completely satisfied with recent ser experience".
