I came in for a 50K service and was told a list of inspections, top offs and battery cleaning was performed.
The last time I expected the battery to be cleaned, it wasn't. I cleaned the posts myself. Especially since they asked if I've had any battery issues because it was so dirty.
This time I was told it was very dirty and was sent pictures. However it was cleaned and pads were installed. I decided to pop the hood and check. None of that was done to the battery. I brought it to the attention of the service writer. He acted quickly on this and was sure it got done and all the other things.
However there is doubt still. My car was to be inspected. Was it? Oil changed, tires rotated, were they? Or did the tech want to hurry up and go home on a Sat afternoon. This left a really sour taste in my mouth and will be seriously thinking if I want to trust Longo again.

At first I was shocked at the cost of the maintenance
Work on what I thought my maintenance light had come on for a simple oil filter change! Then bam ???? This unforeseen major problem! Thank goodness for my credit card! David was very understanding and calmed me down explaining what the severity of the problem was! I love my 2012 Rav 4 V 6 and now this major problem at over 100,000 miles! Longo Toyota is extremely fortunate to have Davids expertise and excellent customer care! ! I’m quite fortunate too! ??????????? ????

Superior Customer Service! The only thing I wish Longo could fix was my bumper kept popping a bit and was told I need to go to a garage so the can put a replace clip. Was told this happens through car wash.
