Doug takes care of all my vehicles. He has always treated my wife, 2 daughters, niece, and myself with the upmost respect. If there is something else that needs to be taken care of he takes the time to notify us and explain what is needed done. He is a true asset to Longo Toyota.

I am about to make a long cross country trip and wanted specific items addressed along with the recommended service. The advisor Kenneth was very supportive of my proactive approach. All items were listed,work commenced, I was advised along the way how things were progressing. I was pleasantly surprised that the work was done earlier than anticipated and was on my way. Very pleased with Longo Toyota

After two visits to your dealership I have found that the service writers are not very customer focused. The VW dealership service writers always greet me as I enter the store. If they are busy they look for me or at least acknowledge me. At Longo I waited a minimum of 20 minutes before anyone other than a valet talked to me during both visits. Service writers also do mot spend much time discussing needed repairs or seem to have any interest in the customer. I have dealt with 2 different people and received identical treatment. Also could not get an answer to a simple question and had to talk to manager who also was not very clear nor polite. Did not know how to easily handle an unusual situation. I like my RAV4 but may need to travel farther to find a service department that knows how to treat a customer.
