I was completely satisfied with the service from Weston. I was not satisfied with the trade appraisal process. The sales person (I believe his name was David..but Weston can confirm) was very forceful with wanting me to come in, and my car was already at the dealership. Then he wanted me to decide if I wanted a new car before providing a trade in value. I advised him that he did not add all the features on my vehicle and he provided a ball park “18 and some change”. It should be clear on the exact amount of my vehicle. I let him know I was interested in leasing a tundra and the approximate payment. He got back to me and said “yeah we won’t be able to do that”. It was very dismissive and he never provided exact numbers. I would encourage to provide more clear and concise numbers and provide better custom service. I would not purchase a vehicle from Longo Toyota however, with Weston customer service I will service my vehicle with him.

Weston had a really great customer service skills, he tried helping me with the issue I presented today even though the issue wasn't fixed, he provided all options for me to try on and I was really pleased for the help he provided

His lack of knowledge and organizational skills was frustrating, plus he said the gas tank was not replaced and mechanic Bill said it was I don’t know what to believe. The customer service of Toyota is not what used to be anymore.

My husband had a Ceramic Coating put on my car to protect my paint. I told two employees do not wash my car because I have a special coating treatment on the external. When my service was completed I noticed my car had been washed. Was told I would be receiving a call from upper management and I’m still waiting!!! Not a Happy Customer????

He was very nice, made conversation and did not try to up sell anything. He answered all my questions and even got us an Uber home because our vehicle had a recall on it that was also going to be taken care of durning our oil change appt.
