was charged for tire rotation that was not done as noted by the tech on service ticket. Had this been mentioned when I got my truck back I would have questioned why since there is more rubber on the rear tires and fronts have wear on outside corner. The tech made the call on not doing rotation and writer dropped the ball by not even looking at the damned ticket

I am just in the area for a few days from Oregon. I stopped off at your dealership without an appointment because my check engine light had just come on. Andrew realized the situation I was in and went out of his way to get me in without an appointment. You're shop analyzed the problem, figured out what was wrong and within a few short hours I was back on the road. Job well done by everyone.
