I was surprised when your rep came out and told me about the oil drain bolt has been striped and he made me pay for that, although I didn't know who did that as I changed the oil at your service department in the last time. I told him that it could be one of your service workers did that because the bolt was over tightened from changing the oil from the time before, which was also at your service department. This made me suspicious that your worker didn't change the oil in the last time before this today visit, because he could not open the over tightened bolt. Yes, I paid about $10 more for a mistake that I didn't know about, and that is not of value to me, but certainly this is the last visit I made to your dealership, because I don't want to be in such situation and I don't want to put my vehicle under hands of people who do not take care well in it anymore. Thank you.

This is simple. I told them when I got there I have nitrofill. They said they didnt have nitro. I said ok, no problem, dont put air in my tires. I'll take my car to someone with nitro. They ignored me and filled tires with air. Now I'm told I need to take my car in for them to let all air out of my tires to get them refilled with all nitro. Joy.

No I was not satisfied I drop my car off I did not get a courtesy call they kept my car 24 hours a day is keeping my car for 24 hours so on that note I went and purchased a new car from you guys so ask for the Chrysler 200 I'm not the owner of that anymore

Jeep wasn't fixed. They didn't have the part in Stock. I told them on Monday the bolt that fell out but still didn't have the part for my appointment on FrI day. I was also told that even if they had the part that the guy that knew how to fix it. Because of this I have to waste another trip on Monday. It seemed as though they thought they were doing me a favor to complete warrantee work. We will see on Monday.
