When I pulled up, David helped me immediately!! I absolutely loved that! I did not have to wait or felt like a number. Great service all the time. I also love that I was able to pay my invoice ahead of time. I have bought several cars from you guys because the service is always on point!! Thanks Serra Chevrolet!!!

Had prearranged getting 4 new tires, checked in at 9:15 and was not finished until 1:45, granted also had rear brake pads replaced. Still seems like overlong time frame. Also when I got home and thought to check tire pressure, 3 were at 50 and the fourth was at 37. Johnny did his job, know he has no control other than scheduling.

I was told that all fluids would be checked and filled in when I got home they were not I had to fill all the fluids myself except for the oilAt least the order was filled to the right level

I made an appointment for Tuesday XVI when I brought my car in they told me they wouldn't be able to work on it until the next day there's no reason an appointment should be taken if it cannot be addressed then it took until Friday and a call talkin to three people before I got to talk to Johnny and things were taken care of I have brought my car in since purchasing it years ago and I have never had an experience this bad before
