I had ask for transportation while my car was being service. He was like you can do it in your vehicle. Then he said how are you going to get back, I'm like isn't he going to wait,he said know then he said someone else may need to use him. I was just not satisfied with his attitude

Dear Sirs, John is the best, concerned and willing to go beyound normal response by any Service Manager I have ever met or had dealings with. This is related to my 45 years of new car relations with Ford, GM, Nissan, Toyota and numerous used car dealers. He is a great guy and very pleased with all his efforts to put happy customer services first. You can't keep people buying new cars without auto dependability and service. After doing business with John I would not go anywhere else. Give that man the respect he deserves because you sure don't want to loose him. No brag just fact. Ron & Janet I
