My vehicle is still making a knocking sound and have been told it sounds like a tractor...anyone who has listened says it definitely does not sound right! I made them aware of this knocking sound and even sent a video with the sounds and it still sounds the same...this is more than just a fuel related problem...the car seems like it is over powering... I have 2 more videos of the sounds taken today and one is when my vehicle is conmpletely stopped the water in my cup holder continues to shake back and forth...after paying $550 nothing seems fixed or any better....

Answered my questions with recommendations and solutions. All without unwanted pressure to sell service or products. Will bring my GM cars that were purchased from other dealers to Serra because of this commitment to positive customer service. My Silverado 2500 was returned to me clean and ready to enjoy. Great job service crew!!!!

Every time we make an appointment for an oil change, when we arrive we are told it is first come first serve. Why do you even say you’ll make an appointment if this is the case? Our family has purchased 5 vehicles from Serra in the last 2 years. Each time we were told about the wonderful service department. But each time we use it for regular maintenance we are frustrated with being told we have to wait. Each time David Lane has become involved and has told us if someone has an appointment they are first. But it seems this is not being taught to your service crew.

Great job done on oil change and tire rotation. Tech found that my cabin filter needed changing. Service consultant Johnny brought it to my attention, new filter change out. Service time 1.5 hrs.

Johnny is always polite and greets me at the door. We went over the services my car needed, he explained everything & we settled on the cost. He kept me informed during the day & my car was ready when I arrived. You can’t do any better than that.

Johnny was very courteous, patient, and attentive. This was my second experience with the service department since I purchased my new car. I was reluctant about returning to this location from my first experience, but because of his professionalism, I will return to this location for further service needs. This was a great experience.
