Scratches (that weren't there when I dropped it off) and greasy hand prints on the body of the car, used half a tank of gas, squeaky brakes (when I specifically requested that they be recalibrated), and lost my key and remote control.

JOHNNY has been my service consultant ever since Dave became service manager and I have known both of them for some time, both have always been respectful as well as very professional on every occasion that I have experienced and I believe your dealership IS very lucky to have them as I have been to the other Chevrolet dealerships in the local area and have not encountered any employees that are their match and you should be proud to have them inyour employ.

Mr Cox was great and understanding, I'm upset because this is the 2nd time this same rear stabilizer was replaced in a year the part did not hold up a long time I've only had the Equinox 3 yrs, I don't haul equipment. And I don't believe the roads are that bad I try to avoid holes and dips.

Service Department is great! Johnny was very professional as well as hospitable! Reviewed recommended service and gave prices of each, which was very helpful! Also this is the second car I have had service & maintenance on at Serra Chevrolet in Bartlett. I have been a service customer since 2002 and today was the first time I have been offered the convienence of having a loaner car while my scheduled service is performed! Bonus: they were super quick today too!! In summary, (FINALLY :)) I was Beyond pleased!!
