The scheduled maintenance was preformed at your dealership in a timely manor I felt it was done bye a certified ASE MACHINIC that would uphold the factory warranty. Johnny was very polite An kept me informed about my 2015 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado.

This is by far THE WORST Chevy dealership I have ever been to. This was our second time here, only came back because we have two free oil changes and it is the closest one to where we currently live. If anyone actually cares and wants more detail call me ****-****-xxxx

Yes I was but when I got my car back you took off my windshield wipers and never put the whole thing back on there still off the car I would like to bring it back in tomorrow which will be Saturday to get them put back on

Michael seems very unprofessional and lacks training in many ways. I scheduled my appointment for 7 a.m,took him until 7:40 just to get me checked into the system. Then he sent me the text to help pro use updates on vehicle,I text 3 times during the day and never got a response at all. Finally I called at 2:45p.m,and my vehicle hadn't even been looked at yet,Michael had promised my vehicle to be ready at 6p.m that day? I had to speak with service manager to get this issue handled. I show up at 5:30p.m to pick up my vehicle,Michael cannot find my keys,takes 20 mins to finally locate them,then has no apology or anything for the poor unsatisfactory service. I will not return to Serra for service ever again,and will not refer anyone to Serra from or through my shop.
