Beck’s was patient with me when I asked her for the second time to show me how to use my remote starter. They “squeezed” me in to get my oil changed, Uncle Charlie got me across town to an appointment in a friendly & timely manner. My van was quickly serviced and he picked me up again after my appointment. The parts man went out to the parking lot to help me determine what I needed for luggage racks, then gave me pricing that would include a discount. Great team!
