My husband took the car in so unsure of how everything went but I know it took an hour and a half to do an oil change and tire rotation, which seems ridiculous. He had to take our children because he’s military and on Christmas leave, no daycare open on post and I was working. We were not very pleased with how long it took for our car to be done. I realize it may be a busy time of year but I made my appointment two weeks ago. Also they screwed up the payment so they had to call us later before my husband even got home and asked me about it which I was blind sided because I had no clue what even happened at the dealership. My husband did show up to speak with the employees and worked it out. Just an inconvienece on timeless of completing the services on our car and the payment. So far everything seems to have worked out in the end.

I really appreciated your taking care of my problem on very short notice in an emergency situation. This morning we were starting out on a trip to Arizona. I could have gone west (on our way) to a dealer in Salina but chose to drive 45 miles east to Little Apple because I TRUST your service department. Again, I appreciate your good service.

We are happy with our service, but still not sure we should have been charged full-price for the electrical work. We came in with the same problem a month ago and were told a new battery would fix the issue. It didn’t and we were back with bigger bill. Becca’s explanation was fine, but felt like a reach. Otherwise, the issue seems to be resolved and we are always happy with Becca’s service.

I was happy with the final outcome but wish the service advisor was more willing or knowledgeable enough to take me more seriously when describing what was wrong with the vehicle. I get that many customers aren't going to be very knowledgeable and may often provide incorrect information, but I told him which airbag code was being displayed up front and was told it needed to have four digits instead of two, sort of a polite 'let us handle it'. If service advisors are going to push back against info from customers who know what they're talking about, they should be certain that they're actually right.
