Will was amazing. He had a great attitude and was always smiling even though the service department was packed with customers. He spent a lot of time explaining to me on "my level" exactly what repairs needed to be completed and why. He made me feel very important as a customer and treated me with respect.

I bought my 2002 4Runner from Dale in March 2006 with 68500 miles and now I’m pushing up 294000 and Betsy is running strong as ever thanks to some great Toyota service techs and support staff. And while I may not live in the area any longer, I still rely on Little Apple service when visiting the Manhattan/Ft. Riley area. Thanks for helping us stay on the road (and off road) in strong running fashion. Shep

I question why it was suggested to have my transmission fluid changed when I had just had it done two years ago. My son will check on the idea that my engine block is cracked and there is a leak...we have not seen any coolant leaking on our garage floor, and our car isn’t running hot. I am beginning to think because I am a woman, these extra services were suggested in hopes for Honda to get more money. We shall see. I am having a different (family) mechanic take a look in the near future. I hope my suspicions are proven wrong.

Because was very professional, thorough in her explanation of what was done to our Honda Odyssey. We were a walk in to get a tail light fixed and she explained to us that 3 recall services were also needed and done today. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks to all involved.

No one likes to spend $1.200+ after having the vehicle serviced for $100+, but it was necessary. Will Douthit was great to work with. So helpful and personable. The only issue I had during this whole experience was waiting for someone to help me initially. The front desk was not that busy and there were people sitting there and visiting, but when someone finally acknowledged me that asked me to wait while they went and spoke to another employee for at least five minutes. Guess that is part of it. You can't expect perfection every time. Overall experience was good!

My daughter is a KSU student spending the summer in Manhattan. She was experiencing a couple of different issues with her car. She called this morning to get an appointment and was able to take her car in this afternoon. We were kept informed by text every step of the way. Will called after the mechanics had checked the car and explained to us in detail what the diagnosis was. Luckily it was minor and we were shocked when he said there would be no charge...even for the time it took to diagnose and clean up a few things. Very happy and satisfied!

It’s refreshing to be able to send our daughters car, even having it towed, to such a highly professional, customer service oriented service establishment that we can trust and know that they will take care of fixing the problem. Honda’s team, Suzy and William, did a terrific job in making this whole experience as painless as possible. We are in Texas,while our daughter is there in Manhattan, and they were nice, quick, efficient and extremely helpful with helping to get the car diagnosed and fixed in a short amount of time. We wish you were here in Texas! We didn’t get a run around, sales pitch to have more things done and inflated prices. We greatly appreciate you! Thanks again! Y’all are awesome! ????
