Mr. Douthit was very kind in his helping me today. He surprised me with a 10% discount coupon towards the work done on our 4runner. Then he double checked the work done on my brake lights making sure everything was fine. What a great guy, he made my experience today an enjoyable one. Our A/c was looked at today, we were told everything was fine. At 5 pm today we noticed the same problem, the a/c was not pushing out any air. We explained to the service department that we didn't have problems with how cold it was, the problem was with the out put. They told us the air filter was the problem, not so much my friend. Seemed like they just wanted to hush us up. However I took a video of the problem we are experiencing so we can show them, seeing how they won't take our word for it. And will have them try again..... Thanks Honda
