I thought the service was great and she was great, but when I am asked if I was completely satisfied, it doesn't allow for any room for wishes and desires. My other dealerships offered car wash with the service, which I always appreciated. Also there is some kind of light on about the freshness of the oil. It alarmed me at first --to have a light on, thought it would go away after I turned off the engine and restarted, but it has not gone away, so I have to read the manual to figure out how to turn it off. That is annoying.

I arrived at 305 pm,I had an appointment for 330 pm on the 8th of August for a oil change and check of fluids, I did not leave until 515 pm. I dont understand why it took so long to complete services.
