Will made sure that all my questions were answered. He obviously understands that educating and being patient with a car owner is part of the territory. If he doesn't know the answer, he calls someone and gets the answer. This creates trust and a good working relationship. Service people are the key to any business's success.

Vehicle had windshield glue on the roof,hood, and drivers side front toor and fender. It was not particularly easy to remove. That should have been cleaned off of the vehicle prior to returning to me, the customer especially since it was brought to your attention.
