Even though the wrong part was ordered, they offered me a complimentary oil change and tire rotation for the inconvenience. I really appreciate that. The customer service has been great each time I came in!

Travis made sure to go above and beyond while I was there for a recall repair, oil change, and tire rotation. Because the appointment would take much longer than originally anticipated, Travis set me up with Susie so I could get a rental car.

The one thing I would change was it was sitting on lot for ten or fifteen minutes before they called us to pay and take it. We were needing to get to our next appointment.

Becca was amazing! I had to keep going back and fourth between the service department and the gymnastics academy next door and she was quick and efficient to get me in and out when I returned with my girls. My son wanted a drink from the fountain machine and she was very polite in offering him a complimentary cup. I had to call ahead as I was running about 10 minutes late for my appointment and she double checked that everything was still fine for me to drop off the van and was quick to check me in before I had to run next door to drop off the girls. Overall my experience with little apple Honda has been amazing from sales to service department.
