The car was sitting in the lot finished for quite awhile but no one told me or texted me to let me know it was done. So I waited around juggling a toddler for a lot longer than was necessary. I don't know why it happened, but I was kind of disgusted, especially since I booked an appointment thinking that would get me the fastest service.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. They said it would take three hours. I dropped my car off at 8:30am it was ready at 1:50pm. Over 5 hours...The service is great, maybe next time just give a longer window of time for the service to be completed.
