Dan was so helpful. He explained everything to me and helped make an appointment for my car. He also gave me useful tips in other areas of car maintenance. You need more people like Dan in your company. He was wonderful.

If you're going to do a multi-point inspection at least do a multi-point inspection don't say you did it. Paperwork said my tire pressure was 35 lb in all tires I checked some tires at 26 some at 29. Makes me think you didn't do anything and just said you did.

There was no feedback after the service. No one reviewed the paper work with me or told me the status of my vehicle. Dan was polite and professional but he failed to give a final walk through.

Adrian got my truck scheduled very prompt for a transmission problem. I picked it up this morning 12/21/17. It was scheduled for diagnostic for 12/18/17, it was diagnosed with a torque converter and pump problem and was repaired in a timely matter. Adrian is always professional and proficient in his job duties and I appreciate that. I haven’t yet used my truck much but it drove fine, I thank Adrian and the other ford techs for getting my truck done before the holidays. Thank you. B. ****

Dan has helped us on a few service appts, he has always been friendly, professional and informative. He seems to be a great asset to your service department. We have had great customer service experience by phone & in person. Just wish I was happier with my car performance. Not likely to purchase another Ford but hate to leave such great customer service.
