Dan was great. He called me back when I left a message requesting an estimate. When I had AAA drop off the truck, he let me know that the truck arrived and then called to let me know what was wrong. He was very helpful and personable. An asset to your company.

He was professional and personable. I didn't have to wait for service. I was in and out within minutes. And the work on my vehicle was done in 7 hours as I was informed. When I came back to pick up the car and didn't know which service window to go to, Dan helped me out. It was the best service experience that I have ever had.

I was told my Sync 3 aas updated prior to leaving. Upon entering the vehicle I noticed that it had not been updated. I know it wasn't updates after checking the version, the system telling me software hasn't been updated since July 2017, and all the settings were still the same. Upsetting to have a dealer lie to you.
