My service from Bill was great he’s always kind helpful and friendly .
However, a reboot was done on my car and I I lost everything even my lights didn’t come back on . I feel these things should’ve all been reset before I drove off the property .

Bill was great. When it came to paying the bill though the girl who assisted me had no personality at all. No hello, no thank you, no good bye. It was like I was putting her out as she was doing nothing!

Over 3 hours for an oil change another customer over 4 hours for a tire change and we had appointments . Customer without appointment left an hour and half befor we did. Never got a text car was done , the employee at the service window had at least 6 completed files sitting while she was in sight setting up for pot luck. Seems customer service was second priority
