Adrian is always very helpful. Technicians leave something to be desired at times but adrian is always up front and honest with what can and cannot be done.

Very professional and detailed oriented
When I came to pick up my car I noticed scratches and white residue on the front bumper. When I asked them to come look at it they said it was probably from the tow truck. But yet it was not marked on my vehicle preinspection sheet. Dan wiped it off and said it looked fine to him. I could still see the marks so asked to speak with Jessica who then took it to get buffed out. Dan did not drive my vehicle the whole time it was there so how would he know if someone didn’t hit something while my car was in Fords care. Then kept saying well I don’t know what you want me to do we’re not going to paint your car, which I never asked for or implied. If it wasn’t for Jessica the issue wouldn’t have got taken care of. But the customer service level with Dan was very disappointing. My car was just there two weeks ago getting fixed for a factory defect and then a week later my fuel pump goes out, it’s really giving me a bad taste for the ford name.
Great staff! very friendly and they kept me informed throughout my truck repairs, I will always go to AV Ford for any of my vehicles repairs. Thank you Bill, Jessica, and Josh.

Adrian is always friendly and knowledgeable. If I need anything else during the time that my car is in for service he always lets me know. The technicians do a good job. If I feel like there’s still something wrong with my car I could always take it back in to get it checked out, and this is after or before any service.
