Bill did a great job of taking care of my car needs as well as the needs of other customers who were there. It was a very busy day with lots of commotion. He handled it beautifully.

Unacceptable service with vehicle updates. Not returning calls/texts in a timely manner or not at all. Called the Service Manager, Brooke Powell, twice with no response or returned call. Overall a very unprofessional and disappointing service from Antelope Valley Ford.

1. I had a scheduled appt.- 11 am. 2. I received call confirming appt and stating to arrive at 10:45. 3. I arrived at 10:45 but wasn’t seen until 11:10. 4. My service included detailing-a total profit center for you. 4. Total time: 11-1 pm, confirmed. 5. I get truck (2018 F450 Platinum) at 1:30 without detail because crew went to lunch 12-1pm.
