I thought Ford had good service. I thought I had excellent service with Ford before but today I got charged with something that was not done to my truck. Now I’m wondering what other services I’ve been charged with in the past that have also not been done to my truck. I’m no longer interested in going back for service with Ford anymore.
Bill was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. He is the right man in his current position at AV Ford. My truck was finished in one hour for a factory recall as promisised by Bill.

I was not satisfied with the service. I went to take my truck for oil change. The rep stated that it need a filter change because it was dirty. When my husband had change it on the weekend. Also my truck was washed twice and was not fully clean and they didn’t even put deodorant. I hate that they see a woman walking in they state everything needs to be changed!!!
Dan was very helpful and informative, explained and answered everything I had questions about. Everything was done fast and professional, the service was outstanding.

Bill is great and no complaints.But your mechanics are horrible, for the second time items have been broken or damaged on my car and greasey fingerprints have been left behind on my leather. It's rediculous.
I didn't notice a difference. It still shifts between 5 and 6000 rpms
