I’ve been extremely dissatisfied with Ford/Lincoln since the purchase of my 2015 MKC. The car has had a multitude of repairs and I have been treated badly and rudely by all the dealerships I have gone to with the exception of Dan at AV Ford. He actually delivers on what he says and always meets expectations. While I will NEVER purchase another Lincoln because of the crappy service and defective car, Dan has been the one redeeming factor in this car purchase.
I took a chance on coming back to AV Ford because of the horrible past experiences with a service writer whom I assume is no longer employed there.
Bill was easy going, straight forward and knowlegeable. He explained the process and let me know he would call with information as soon as they found the problem. I use the kwicklane on a regular basis and now I will return for any repairs to the service area. He is a credit to AV Ford.

We have the maintainence plan that we purchased when we bought the vehicle. Each time we make the proper appointment for the oil change and it takes much longer than we are told. Today’s appointment was for 9:00. We dropped the truck off at 8:30. We were told the truck would be finished by 10:30 yet it wasn’t finished until almost noon.
