Outstanding service and remarkable attitude under very stressful days My experience for 25 years has been completely incredible service above and beyond any service anywhere. Both Tim Stroker and Mark Antoinette need more recognition than anyone I've ever met in the world of service and I've been in a similar position! There is NO ONE like them! I pray to god they are respected and honored for their exceptional work and God knows NEVER leave there! I don't know how I could ever feel secure again! The drivers Gary, Steve and Brendon are also wonderful to me! Young Jordan is a god send of a young man also as well as the new gal in service! Please honor them all with love and respect for their great work that surpasses anyone anywhere!

Glenn was great. I was in first thing without an appointment and he explained there could be a wait. Offered to get me a ride to anywhere I need. I only got an oil change. No tire rotation due to the need of new tires. He informed me of the sale in oct and nov. Buy 3 get one for a dollar. Because of that I will be back to buy tires. I also had a fog light bulb out. It was replaced with the labor waived. I was telling him about my first oil change where the tech broke my air filter canister. They ordered a new one but I had to miss work time to come in and get it fixed. He waived my labor cost, which was about $15 he said. It was a great gesture. We have gotten our last 2 cars with Crowley and because things like this we will be back. Thanks!

My experience was a good one. I had a loaner equivalent to my jeep. My vehicle was ready when I got out of work. There was no waiting.

I was very displeased in how quickly I was dismissed after my car was finished, nothing was said to me about my car except "it's parked out there to the left" which is all fine and dandy until I got back into my car and read the service review saying that most things are in the "red", my air filter was dirty, and a possible leak in the transmission (couldn't really tell cause both yes and no we're checked off). To me if something is in the "red" like multiple things we're in my car then the service advisor should've talked to me about it not just let me walk off knowing all this stuff was wrong. I might just be returning to Kia Crowley for my services from here on out.
