Was feeling unsafe since my jeep completely shut down while driving. No warnings. I'm told it's a defective battery in key fob yet there was not an alert or sign that it was low or problematic like it has in the past. Although he was pleasant and informative there was no apology that I could have been hurt. I didn't need to hear the technical explanation 3 times that the vide showed that plus I was charged 100.00 for diagnostic. I am a good customer and was just disappointed that I was basically ignored and that my safety wasn't a concern

Very upbeat and friendly which is nice. Also, not pushy or overbearing like most car dealer employees are. She stuck to my needs and did not use her cell phone at all while we did business. That is not easy for kids her age to do. Take it from an employer of many people her age.

The only thing that I had to fix from this oil change experience was the sticker for the oil Chang do had only 3000 miles when the vehicle can go 5000 now

I did not think to ask on Saturday but I needed to get information on the tires I was sold as well as if any of my tires cold have been used as a spare before disposal. However, I did appreciate Rob keeping me informed every step of the way as he determined that I needed front and rear brakes as well as four tires. Instead of just free services it wound costing over $1300 and he helped me deal with the shock.

The oil change intervals or off they scheduled it for 8000 miles instead of 3500 miles
