To be clear, Rob did a great job with the cards he was dealt. However, we had a 12:20 APPOINTMENT for an oil change and tire rotation that my wife was told you take 2-3 hours. That sounds crazy to start with, but let's just accept that. I show up, and I'm told it may be 5+ hours. As a customer I really don't care what happened in the morning, or that the computers are slow, or anything else...if Crowley is having a huge issue I should be called and offered another time slot. Otherwise, the morning folks should get to "add work to their order" as I was told happened. Why have an appointment then? If I came off the street this is a fine approach...it's not for a long time customer who has an appointment. Again, Bob did all he could, got me a loaner, tried to push up the schedule as we were having people over for dinner - that's all great...but neither Bob nor I should have been in that position and this messed up my day significantly - so it's not a satisfactory visit in my opinion.

Twice my truck has been there for the same issues and both times they couldn’t diagnose the problem. Additional issue on last visit with Uconnect 8.4 NAV Radio after recent software update where the camera displays incorrectly. Your technician called me to say that there is nothing they can do to fix it when I know for a fact that this can be fixed easily using the wiTECH ScanTool as i have a friend that is a Ram Mechanic and knows of the issue. Also not to happy with the attitude of the mechanic that worked on my truck the first time it was in for these issues. When Mark Antoinetti paged him to come out, after failing to diagnose the problems, so he could be told what the issues were, he stormed off saying next time to just tell him over the phone and not waste his time. Mr. Antoinetti then told the service writer in the cube to hos right, great crew you have there! Totally unprofessional display in front of customers to the point where I would definitely not recommend any of my co-workers at ESPN to patronize Crowley Sales or Service.

I was told the passenger side window washer wasn’t working/mayve plugged. I got Home to find out there was almost no washer fluid left AND the connector to that side was off. Come on / they didn’t even check that???

Working with Mark at Crowley Auto has always been a pleasure and resulted in a job well done and on time. Many of the Crowley staff have become good friends, not just where our three vehicles get serviced.
