I was completely satisfied with Chandler every time however i was not satisfied with the wait time for my car and that i had to follow up. Thats not on Chandler he was amazing. Its a group effort and when someone from the service desk says they will call me back and they dont…… and i have to call back a week later not happy.

The salesman was a good guy as was the sales manager I purchased the car because of your excellent service staff after leaving County Line. My only complaint was the surprise $380 dollar payment that I had to make during closing, even after I was told there would be no surprises. I stressed in the beginning that the deal was the 380 per month with no surprises and we shook on it. The finance person explained it away however I also purchased a Toyota Rav4 under similar circumstances and was told that is the oldest trick in the books. I would like my 380 dollar back in order to get the bad taste out of my mouth. You will be making good money on my trade.

I did not receive a copy of 27 multipoint inspection. I would appreciate being sent one or I could pick it up. I hope this doesn’t happen in the future. I’ll be expecting to hear from you soon. Sincerely Mark L

Chandler was very helpful and very customer focused. I typically service my Nissan where I purchased it and had a difficult time getting an appointment making my oil change more than 2000 miles past when it should have been completed. Chandler found a way to squeeze me in even though he said they were fully booked but once I told him my situation he was more than helpful and found a way to make the customer satisfied!
