Josh got me scheduled and diagnosed the problem with my vehicle. I never imagined he would be able to get the necessary parts and do the repair in one day. I was completely satisfied with the work and how quickly it was completed.

Tire pressure was not checked. Upon arrival, all tires showed between 30-32 psi. The 27 point inspection shows tire tread depths but blank lines for incoming and outgoing tires pressures. After leaving and the tires warming up, pressure was still 31-32. Obviously the pressure was not checked. This is especially disappointing because the tires were rotated during the appt. If it's on the inspections sheet that is given to customers, it should be inspected. I shouldnt have to ask to check the tire pressure.

I was disappointed that it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I missed an appointment because I should have been out in time. Even Chandler said 1 hour.
