The gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful, he was very knowledgeable and gave me good honest answers to my questions. I'd have to say, other than the huge price jump since the last time I came, that just sucked. But I'd definitely have to say this is by far the best service I've ever had taking my car in anywhere! And Austin went over some questions I had and he was just so pleasant and also very knowledgeable and just all around great at his job, they both put in 100 percent with effort! So thank you both for such a pleasant experience, I will now be a forever customer!!

Brought car in for service and told them of a noise in the right front tire and now I get the car back and the noise is worse and on the highway it shakes now where it didn't before I came in.

Waited 2 hours for an oil change after it was scheduled 2 weeks prior. No mileage sticker of the oil changed and oil mileage gauge never reset on vehicle. Wonder what else was not checked.
