Very unprofessional I told them I only wanted an oil change with out letting me no or asking me if I wanted perform fuel treatment they did this untruthful hade me intitical part work very in professional very trick When I went to counter with paperwork I was told I owed 43.04 for this when he came and spoke to me he said he didn’t recall this conversation he took of price the again very unprofessional not caring rude told me “Oh yea we put in new plug for free” Rude unprofessional will never let anyone go threw this experience

The only explanations for why my EV pumped cold air instead of hot was that I did it wrong (I didn't). The only suggestion for why my new LEAFS EV system was malfunctioning was that maybe I should rewire my garage and stop using public chargers (I don't plug in at home and the public chargers I use are fine with my Tesla and all the other cars that charge there). Just have to wait to see if the system crashes again. He never asked me what happened.
