Whoever took my keys, I’m assuming Chandler, tried guilting me into paying for a ‘engine cleaning’ for $45. After I said no politely twice, he said, “well your gonna need to do more than just your free oil changes”. Listen, Chandler, I’m an hour from home at 3:30 on a Friday. I’d appreciate if you’d just take the keys and do what I was scheduled for. I don’t even mind if he asks once. But to keep asking and talking to me like a moron was making my blood boil. Then it took an hour and a half for the oil change. Is that common for people with appointments to wait an hour and a half for an oil change? Again, part of the purchase deal is that the oil changes are free, so I probably wouldn’t have complained…but Chandler speaking to me in a condescending manner made me want to write this.

Everything was done to perfection my tires were even filled with air I had my recall notices fixed and love the free oil change thank you

My car has rebuilt title and they said we can do nothing for you. Unfortunately they didnt give me any assistance.even the oil change they didnt do it for is bed experience.
