My tire was low on air and I requested the service staff look into why this might be. I was informed my tire has a very small/slow leak and that a new tire is the best way to remedy the leak as it is too close to the sidewall. I declined to buy a new tire at this time, however, when I picked up my car no air was put into the tire to ensure it was properly inflated. it was left at around 15PSI which was the same as when I dropped it off.

Pleasantly surprised that service team vacuumed and wiped down the front seat area of my car. They actually found a missing fishing lure. I hope no one was hurt.

Everything was fine as far as the service. I find it super annoying that I get coupons in the mail that are worthless to use. I wanted to use the $5 off the conventional oil change coupon. I was told it wasn't worth putting in because I get a synthetic oil change so it would be the same price. It's only $5 so I don't really care it's just an annoyance. I would like to opt out of the junk coupon mail if possible. It will be just thrown in the garbage from now on.

Everything was great! When i walked in i was immediately greeted and the associate joked with me which after a long day was welcomed. Quick service and i was able to ask quick questions about my brakes, tires and air filters with answers instead of having to go through the report (long day again it was welcomed). Thank his is another reason why i love Crowley and recommend them to everyone who is looking for a car or SUV.

The service was good. My service maintenance light was on and they didn't reset it, so it remains on. Hopefully it can be addressed at the next oil change.
