Went in for a quick oil change. They broke a plastic clip, claimed I needed 2 new filters that I had to pay $100 out of pocket. After thinking about it, i feel bamboozled. The "dirty" filter looked like someone smeared dirt over it because it was all white except for the smear and I never saw the other one. I believe i was charged 2 filters to cover the extra charge to purchase the broken part. My husband will be contacting Jon Bryant regarding this issue.never had to deal with this ever before. Unbelievable.
