Barry needs a raise. He was the only one working the counter when I walked In. The service lobby quickly filled up and Barry handled the queue of customers like a pro.

He was very courteous and informative and even though I had a coupon he gave me a better deal but I didn't need it anyways cuz I bought a new car the same day ! When I bring in my new car for the first service I will look for him !
I guess the recall was done properly, I wouldn't know
about that. My only dissatisfaction was the car wash,
a very poor job, I had to wash water off the car, that
was rushed, water spots etc.
It would be nice if there were coupons ????

Francisco was very helpful. I was waiting for assistance for awhile when I first walked in and he was the only one that offered to help. He gave a very accurate wait time for service and kept me updated along the way.

Chadwick provided EXCELLENT customer service! He listened when I explained my concerns. He told me what was going to happen. He told me what was going on when the technician finished with my car. He was already outside when I walked out the door, but he rushed to hold the door open for me. Then he opened my car door for me. A perfect gentleman (with gorgeous eyes!). And he reiterated previous information. I am very pleased. :)
