The reason that I brought the car in was that there was a rattle in the rear suspension. After spending $1,500 for repairs, the noise seems not to have changed. Additionally the car was driven some 13 miles since I brought it in. What exactly was the urpose of driving 13 miles? How could a technician have driven 13 miles and not heard the noise which is still present.? That's a special note, a technician took a test drive with me when I brought the car in the first time, to hear the noise. He said he clearly heard what was going on and so I assumed that your folks would figure out what needed to be fixed. Apparently that did not happen, you charged me $1,500, and I still have the problem. I am not satisfied.
