Overall I'm satisfied with the service experience. However, I am a little bit dissapointed when I got my car they did wash my car as stipulated on the work sheet. Last time I had my service they did an excellent job on washing the car. I did talk to Dwayne your svc advisor. He asked me to go back to the dealer to day the car.

I paid for 3 in 1 services for my car. I haven’t been assisted in using the benefits that I paid for and the service guys were the opposite of helpful. I have the coverage paid through 2020 and I have the issues covered but I’ve been sent away several times when trying to use it for my tires due to the employees lack of knowledge about the coverage and failure to look into it enough to help me use what I paid for. This put me in a terrible position and while I’m not condemning your guys personally, some of my experiences with the service dept based around this warranty product you guys sold me and I paid for has been atrocious

Very expensive for maintenance received, even when receiving $100 off. Car drives exactly the same.
Reviewing the inspection report it looked like the person who inspected the didn't do it completely because on the tire pressure put 35psi on the four wheels but last time I checked had less than that also after the inspection. That makes me believe that he/she did not do the job as it is supposed. Besides that everything great.

Berry is great but your the employees who service your cars in the back is not I came in yesterday they said I need a battery called AAA and it was nothing wrong with my battery they said it was going out had me scared to death my need to take my car somewhere else service department trying to rip people off
