I feel Dwayne was so matter of fact at times that it could come off rude. Even when I asked questions it didn’t seem like he even wanted to answer them or help me. I had some more questions but didn’t even want to ask them because I didn’t like the way he was responding to me and it was making me upset. I personally work in customer service myself and I DEF know when I see good or even great customer service and this definitely would not warrant that.

I waited 2 hrs with an appointment all because Iife an error in the computer with my oil change service plan.
