Win Hyundai always gives excellent service .The employees are the greatest people you will meet anywhere . The waiting area is Super Comfortable . I love getting my car returned to me washed .

While Chadwick Redmond was very professional and exemplary unfortunately he was not working the day I picked up my car. The air conditioning did not work so I had to leave it again. I was provided a loaner which made it less inconvenient. Hopeful to have my car in working order soon.

We brought our car into service and Duane took care of us and let us know what needs to be done with the car he was very professional and kind Any questions we had he was very knowledgeable thank you for the good customer service

The only thing is they don’t do the car wash even if its very busy they should, & vacuum but they did it for somebody else. We have 3 different car dealers & everytime we go visit the shop, even just change oil only they did car wash for us.

Maybe I should look into at which location I was last serviced for fixing my a/c because it is too recent for it to all of a sudden need attention. All last summer I sacrificed without it during the heat. I then proceeded to have it fixed sometime after summer (I shall be looking into where and when it was last serviced for this) so that it may be ready for this summer...so I do find it oddly strange that now I am experiencing some troubles with it. I was dissatisfied with Hyundai's services at another location and truthfully, now I am feeling that I can no longer trust this location either. I am willing to pay for the services, but every time I go in...they seem to provide me with results that need immediate or urge for some attention. I understand things wear and tear overtime, but I have gone through so much with my vehicle and have put in a lot of time and energy with it. New engine dispute, new bumper and radiator hose because of a car accident..I can honestly say that I do feel like I've just fixed my a/c no too long ago...I've also got my ignition serviced as well...etc. I want to feel that I can trust the services that Win provides, but as a current customer I am not feeling comfortable anymore...a car is no joke to mess around with when services are needed to be maintained and I try my best to upkeep with my vehicle. Also, I was told that I shall be receiving a call by end of day the last time my car was serviced...I never received that call. I am very interested in my car as if it were my health. I try to get it serviced religiously and have 99% of the time only service it with Hyundai's services.If I must go someplace else, that is a possibility. I continue to feel poor service or information is mislead. Therefore, I will (1) go elsewhere and/or (2) invest in a new vehicle that is not a product of Hyundai's.
