Dwayne was reasonably helpful, but the overall experience wasn’t great. We finally had the interior and exterior protection completed, per what we paid for when we bought in October but was never contacted about. Service was completed quickly, but no one was able to tell me what was actually done for the protection treatment. The interior obviously untouched, with crumbs and paperwork, etc unmoved. Either nothing was done though we were told it was, or treatment was applied directly on stuff other than the interior. Then they told me I “was good” and gave keys with no payment required. I received a call today, asking for credit card information over the phone because they made a mistake not charging me. Had great experiences previously, but this time wasn’t the usual quality.
Mr. Albino was more that incredible! He is an amazing and caring man. He assisted me with the small problem I had regarding my previous dealership being closed down. Has amazing customer service and made me feel welcomed being my first time there.
The service depth needed a lot of patience but it was resolved.
