I'm Kevin. Barry felt that due to the low mileage accumulated, I didn't need any service done. But if I didn't need service, why would Mike Uribe (who I've been emailing) make an appointment to begin with? There's gotta be a lack of communication between Barry and Mike. It seemed like doing a simple inspection and car wash was not worth it to Barry. Even if his opinion is true, that's not good customer service! As for the washing, the outside is clean yet the interior wasn't even cleaned at all.

Chadwick was great. I came in for an oil change and to have my seat cover shield replaced because it had broke for the second time. He explained that it wasn't going to be covered under warranty for a second time. I was a little upset because I get in and out of the car normally. He said he'd email Hyundai and explain the situation and they next day he called me and he said to come on in Hyundai approved the fix. He didn't have to contact Hyundai but he went above and beyond and helped me. Great customer service!
