Barry is great however it took too long to pick up my car today & it wasn't washed. This was not Barry's fault but your procedures should be more streamlined & customers should not have to wait for paperwork when they are told their car is "ready for pick up". The car should have been washed as it sat outside at your facility for over a week and was a mess! Barry offered to have it washed but it had already taken over an hour for me to pick up my car when it was "ready". I had to decline as I needed to get back to work. Once again, not Barry's fault but this should've been taken care before I arrived.

Im satisfied withthe service Im provided when I'm there. But this 2012 Hyundai has had too many problems and I have to do without my car weeks at a time. Its very inconveniebt. I was there Oct 31-18 and spent over $700 and now it needs a new engine. Not right.

I do not currently own a Hyundai. The two vehicles I owned previously were serviced at WIN Hyundai Carson. We have replaced both of them with new cars from another manufacture (Toyota) and love them.
Why am I getting text messages re the picking up of a vehicle I do not own? Is this another flaw in your record keeping at the dealership? We have experienced, with both cars that we had serviced at WIN Carson, mileage fraud. Our 2009 Santa Fe had higher mileage than actual and our 2002 Santa Fe also had reporting of not factual mileage. It was all reported to Hyundai USA and a case was opened. Nothing has become of it.
Also, when I got the text message yesterday re “my vehicle”, I asked to be removed from your database. How come that was not completed in a timely manner? Also, when I called and asked today of why I was getting these texts and asked about not being contacted going forward, I was told by the receptionist that “I could simply ignore them”. That simply cannot be done; ignoring a problem does not make it go away. Please tell your receptionist that is the wrong term to tell a guest and the wrong attitude to take in a customer service environment.
