I wasn't too happy with the last service I experienced at win and contemplated about referring business to win Hyundai. Jose changed that. Customer service was exceptional as always. However, once again, the actual service fell a little short. All of the lights in my car was to be checked out and replaced if necessary. The high beams still do not work.

I was very satisfied with Mr. Hernandez in showing me step by step what my car needed and also supplying the shuttle service until my car was fixed, he really looked out for me, I am a very happy customer and I will be coming back for service again and I would like to request service again from Mr. Anibal Hernandez, please give him a raise, excellent service!!!

My problem had not been fix. And they don't want to take responsibility after i paid Hyundai to put my sensors. They refuse to fix my problem. Have appointment with sales manager tomorrow.
