Unfortunately, my drivers side floor mat was missing, which I did not realize until Thursday afternoon. since I begin work early before the sun comes up, I had not noticed the mat was missing. I called to speak to Barry twice, each time he was unavailable. So I had to stop work, losing time and money to head over to the service department. On arriving, Barry was there and I can appreciate the fact that he helped by replacing my mat with an old mat from somewhere in the back. It was old and appeared to be worn so much the word Sonota is dingy and partly missing. At the moment it covers the floor board which is needed, but I do not feel comfortable with the floor mat. Barry has been my service person for a long time, he has always taken good care of the car, except for yesterday. I feel I need my mat replaced properly. Who is responsible? Thank you.
