This time the service was really good actually, even though the service manager told us they were one employee short that day.
Usually it takes more than what they say it will but this time it took less time to complete the service to my car. I hope you keep improving as you've been doing so far. Good job
The service was quick and courteous
My service guy didn’t wait for me to come inside, he met me promptly at the car, found out what my concerns were and got me handled quicker than any of the other times I’ve been in. When I got back my car, it was clean, my issues were handled and I (surprisingly) left a whole hour sooner than normal. He sent emails before work was done, after work completion , and, also to follow up! I would recommend him to ll my friends! Thank you Hector! You rock!
