Made an oil change appointment for 10a.m. for 5/4/19 vehicle was not ready for pick up until 2:30p.m. So glad I had a ride and did not have to wait in the lobby for that ridiculous amount of time for an oil change only!!

I was very satisfied with the service my car and I received. Hector my Service Person was very polite. He explained to me each service that my car would be receiving. He offered me coffee and donuts and at the end of my service he made sure I signed my paperwork and made sure I had a copy to keep for my records. I will be using your service again, Thank you.
It took forever just to pick up my car. Then the guy helping me was trying to charge me for the oil change again, when I told him last time that I pay for the oil change package every month! It was very frustrating! Also enterprise still hasn't refunded my $100 dollars back for returning my rental car, since my car was in the shop for over 1 month!!!

After the service was done and I had signed my paperwork I went to my car and it smelled as though someone was chain smoking in my car. I tried to call to speak with someone and was sent to a voicemail that cut me off.

If I were to rate this experience on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest, I would rate this a 2.5. The only time I received a phone call with an update with regards to my vehicle was after they had diagnosed the problem (which I had stated to my service advisor as being the problem when I dropped my vehicle off). I, the CUSTOMER, was the only person making the phone calls so that I could receive updates. When my car was not finished, as expected, I had to physically show up at the service desk to get answers as to why it wasn't yet finished. My car was finished at 6 pm on Wednesday and on Thursday morning had not yet received any update with regards to my car. I had to call, yet again, at 12 30 on Thursday afternoon to see the status of my car. Only then was I told that it was finished and ready for pick up. If you want to achieve complete satisfaction from your customers, it starts by keeping them up to update. On top of it all, I didn't even get my car washed because they didnt have time to get around to it and was given an IOU. Completely terrible customer service all around. It should not be the customers responsibly to get updates. It is YOUR responsibility to let us know what is going on.

We dropped our vehicle off on 21 Mar 19 and it wasnt even authorized for maintenance until 22 Apr 19. We went back and forth with first extended warranty and dealer for service and it was a nightmare. When I picked the vehicle up it wasnt even in drivable condition and the transmission was still very unreliable. Had to turn around and take back to dealer after 3 miles. Hector was very helpful in his role as the liaison but overall the experience was terrible.
