Barry was great, but I requested the higher quality wipers to be installed, if you don't have them let the customer know, do not just put the cheap ones on with out asking first

Service guys were downright rude when I walked in. And they told me carwashes were not included with my vehicle purchase. Then said they would do the car wash for me as a favor. There were almost no customers in the service area or in the whole facility. And they took almost 2 hours to do a car wash. This group needs some severe training. I used to recommend your dealership. I will not do that any longer.

Hector was very helpful. My only issue is the fact that I have purchase a second key. When I purchased the vehicle in December I was only given a single key. I thought it should have come with a second key. I’m not understanding how or why that expense is being passed on to me.

I brought the car in because the brakes were squealing bad. I signed to have the front brakes replaced and rotors turned and then Barry told me it was the back brakes causing the squealing based on the mechanic assessment so they switched the service to the back brakes. After waiting over 5 hours and getting the car back on the way home I noticed the squeal was still there which did not make me happy. I really can't blame Barry think that the car would have been road tested after the work by someone and they would have heard the squeal.
