I put my car in for my 7,500 mile service, it was supposed to be a simple oil change but for some reason they did a 75,000 mile service. Before I got there my car was working just fine. When I left with my vehicle all was well till I was about to head out of town and my engine light turned on, my car kept jolting, and it was not able to go faster than 50 mph. When I took my car back to Win Hyundai Carson, they claimed that the electrical recall caused this malfunction in my vehicle when I feel like they have no correlation. At the end of the day my car is still at Hyundai and I unfortunately had to use a rental to go out of town. Overall I was very disappointed and dissatisfied and my sonata will be my first and last Hyubdai vehicle.
Seem like he was very short with me when I tried to ask a question or two.
Again Barry and the team were fantastic in addressing my auto issues. However, there are two bits of constructive criticism that I have to offer:
Anytime I come into the dealer, the wait time is anywhere from 4-5 hours. I realize that it is very difficult to predict what staffing should be on any given day but there must be some sort of way to smooth out resource planning.
While I love music in general, there are certain types that are more conducive to making the wait time more bearable. On my last visit, I listened to 5 hours of very LOUD Electronic Dance Music while I waited. I suggest you either have the music turned down or suggest music that is easier to listen while one waits! Again, I am a musician so I love all music...
